Locking Machine Heads

Locking tuners have a retaining mechanism that locks the string in place in order to prevent it from slipping and going out of tune. When adding a new string, make sure to line up the hole in the post with the string so that the string goes straight through the tuner. You can then tighten the locking mechanism and then tune the string.
